Via an API you can pull the data directly to your helpdesk, such as Zendesk, Jira, Jira Service Desk, Bugzilla, Redmine or many others. Use standard interfaces such as JSON, XML, CSV, OData, REST-API. Database based systems are also possible, like ODBC, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and many more.
