This interactive template supports employees in the manual quality inspection of parts and products directly at the inspection station. For each product, individual inspection instructions can be defined to guide operators step by step through the inspection process. In addition, the corresponding technical drawing is displayed, ensuring that all relevant information is available in one central location. The drawings are managed as PDF files within Peakboard Hub and are automatically loaded for the selected product.
In addition to the guided inspection process, the template enables the digital creation of inspection reports. Operators can document accepted and rejected parts, categorize defects, and add comments or notes. For complete traceability, photos of inspected parts can be captured and linked directly to the inspection report. Defective areas can be marked directly on the image, allowing defects and quality issues to be documented visually.
The application also includes an integrated reporting view. This provides an overview of accepted and rejected parts, as well as analyses of the most common defect types and affected products. Previously created inspection reports can also be reviewed to track quality trends and identify recurring issues at an early stage.
